Shipping
  • It usually takes 5-6 working days for a package to reach.
  • You will receive a tracking link as soon as the package has been picked up from us.

  • In the rare event that you receive a completely damaged or defective product, we will work with you to provide a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs, for damaged or defective products.
  • Return Shipping: 3.1.
  • Kitsters is responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return, except in cases where the product was not received during delivery and is an RTO.
  • In which case, the customer has to pay extra shipping charges for re-shipping the product.

  • In case of a product being out of stock after the order is placed, a refund will be issued within 7 working days from the date of the order.
