  • To initiate an exchange, please ensure that you have the original packaging including the items and the boxes.
  • We will arrange for the exchange shipment to be picked up by our logistics partner.
  • Any earrings be it non pierced or pierced will NOT be exchanged due to hygienic purposes.
  • Engraved Items will NOT be exchanged.
